Movement Sessions:

One hour of one on one coaching.

Our job is to teach you to move better! By showing you your present day strengths, weaknesses, and physical compensations throughout your entire biomechanical chain, we can teach you how to safely move to create balance among them all, and have fun in the process! As your weak links improve, so does every other aspect of your body. It has to! This will impact everything you do. Everything! From gardening, to sports, to just plain playing with the kids!

We will challenge you, but towards improvement, not injury!

 


Movin' and Groovin':

One hour group movement sessions based on station to station exercises.

A Fun and Functional Way to Train! All done through vigorous play, nervous system stimulation, diversity, personal expression, spontaneity, and lots of giggles!

Sessions held Thursday @ 6:30PM & ocasionally Saturday @ 9AM.
